Please allow 10 business days for all orders to be processed.
Pre order items will ship on or before the date shown in the product listing. Orders containing a pre order item may be held until the pre order item is in stock.
Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Missing Orders:
Please check tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly to find your package or file a claim for missing mail.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us.
Returns Policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on original paintings, sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
